Adam Lenhart
Adam has 13 yrs experience working with Private Equity clients in helping them build growth and/or turnaround based portco leadership teams (i.e. CEO, CFO, COO, VP of Ops, etc). Additionally, he has 20+ years of Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Engineering recruiting experience. Adam began his consulting career at Lucas Group, one of the largest mid-market recruiting firms in the country. As an Executive Senior Partner, Adam averaged nearly 75 placements per year for nearly 9 years.
He then became Vice-President of Stark Talent where he built and managed Stark’s National Search Practice. Upon the sale of Stark Talent, Adam founded HART Executive Recruiting, a search firm focused on leadership roles in Supply Chain, Operations and Private Equity.
Upon graduating from the United States Air Force Academy, Adam served in the US Air Force as a Logistics Plans Officer and then worked in Congress as a National Security and Defense Advisor. He resides in Dallas, Texas with his children.
Alex Keechle
Alexander J. Keechle is an experienced consumer products executive. Over the last 10 years, he was CEO of three private equity backed small cap consumer product companies in both retail and the e-commerce spaces. These unique roles gave exposure to every major US retail and global supply chain operations.
Before that, as Chief E-Commerce Officer, Alex grew the Populus Financial Group’s online business from start-up to over $100 million in revenue in 6 years. Alex has also had sales, marketing, finance and operational roles at Santander Consumer USA, and CapitalOne. Alex holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Air Force Academy.

Pricing/Fees
The larger more well known retained search firms charge you up to 33% of an executive’s entire compensation package.
HART only charges 25% of the base salary.
The larger more well known retained search firms charge you 1/3 of the fee upon candidate submission, 1/3 upon commencement of interviews and 1/3 upon placement of candidate.
HART only charges a one time container fee of $10,000.
Additionally, if for any reason, we do not fill the position you have retained us for, you can apply that container to any other search for up to 12-months. Hence, the container fee is not at risk.
HART guarantees its container fee.
Lastly, if you are not happy with our search results within 30-days of project start date, we will let you out of the retained commitment and refund your $10,000.
